Cancellation and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom products, including our custom range and all pre-prepared pick 'n' mix packaged goods.

For items eligible for cancellation and return, such as products from our Imported Candy, Snacks, and Soda/Pop range, customers may return unopened items within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at info@mcrcraveinc.com. Once we receive and approve the returned goods, we will reimburse you within 14 days.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as sold.

Please note the following exclusions for returns:

  • Custom pick 'n' mix orders made to your specific requirements, personalized goods, and all pre-prepared pick 'n' mix products.
  • Goods that are damaged, have deteriorated, or are past their expiration date.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept goods that are opened or unsealed after delivery.
  • Items returned in a condition different from how they were sold, such as missing components.
  • Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Only standard-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@mcrcraveinc.com with a description of the issue and photo evidence so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

It is important to keep all internal and external packaging if your order arrives damaged. We cannot process claims without photo evidence and a copy of your physical invoice.


Returning Goods

If you change your mind about an item, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after we have received, inspected, and approved the returned goods.

Additional details:

  • We are not liable for goods damaged or lost during return shipping, so we recommend using an insured and tracked service.
  • Items must meet our return eligibility criteria, including being unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when sold.
  • Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 14 days of approval.
